1. Our sales team is committed to understanding your business needs and expectations.

Information regarding the customer expectations:

• Quote turnaround time
• Fabrication lead-time
• Quality expectations (i.e., form – fit – function, cosmetic, etc.)
• Design improvements

Information regarding the customers’ fabrication needs includes:

• Product application
• Critical or special features of the product
• Expected annual usage
• Order schedule or cycle

2. Our sales team is also committed to providing you with information needed to make effective decisions.

• Providing accurate quotes in expected time
• Providing best delivery date possible including expedites
• Working with you to order quantities that meet your cycle needs and provide the best pricing available (i.e., blank orders, Kanban systems, etc.)
